By adding GroupPilot to your Telegram group or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your group.

2. Description of Service

GroupPilot is a Telegram bot that provides group management features including spam protection, welcome messages, analytics, moderation tools, scheduled messages, and an admin dashboard (Mini App).

3. Eligibility

You must be a group administrator to configure GroupPilot. By adding the bot, you confirm you have authority to install bots in the group.

GroupPilot requires administrator permissions in your group to function properly. This includes the ability to delete messages, restrict members, and pin messages. You can revoke these permissions at any time by removing the bot.

6. Availability

We aim to keep GroupPilot running 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any damages caused by downtime.

Your use of GroupPilot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

GroupPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for messages incorrectly flagged as spam, members incorrectly banned, or any other unintended behavior of the bot. Use at your own discretion.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to GroupPilot for any group or user that violates these terms, abuses the service, or uses it in ways we deem harmful.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of GroupPilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
